Terms of Use
These terms apply to the AgenticOS (AI Secretary) website and assistant. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
1. Service provider and contact
The AgenticOS team operates the service at ai-concierge.pro. For support, privacy requests and account deletion, email eshastik@gmail.com.
2. The service
AgenticOS helps with communication, scheduling, research and tasks through the channels and integrations available for your account. Features depend on your configuration and connected providers. Google Calendar, Gmail and Microsoft To Do require separate authorization. Google Tasks is not currently supported. The service is independent of Google and Microsoft and is not endorsed by them.
3. Eligibility and account access
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the accounts and data you connect. Keep your account and devices secure. Provide accurate contact information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Only grant permissions needed for the features you want.
4. Instructions and automated actions
You authorize the assistant to process your instructions and carry out the actions you request within the permissions you grant. These may include sending emails, changing calendar events or updating tasks. Check recipients, dates, content and other important details before confirming an action. AI output can contain errors or omissions. Verify information before relying on it for important decisions. The assistant is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access or infringement of other people’s rights. Do not bypass security controls or provider restrictions. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content and instruct actions involving others.
6. Your content and connected services
You retain your rights to the content you provide. You permit us to process and transmit it only as needed to deliver the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Connected services, including Google, Microsoft, Telegram and AI providers, have their own terms. Their availability and limitations can affect the assistant. You can revoke integrations at any time.
7. Trials, fees and cancellation
Any trial, subscription price, usage limits and payment schedule will be disclosed before you agree to a paid service. Submitting a request on the website does not by itself create a paid subscription. You can request cancellation through support. Any applicable refund rights are preserved; additional billing terms must be agreed before purchase.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output. We may maintain, change or suspend features, including when an external provider is unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from reliance on unverified AI output or failures of independent providers. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension, termination and data
We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security risks, non-payment under an agreed plan or legal requirements. You can stop using the service and request account closure through support. Disconnection and data deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and questions
We publish revised terms on this page and provide notice of material changes where required. Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections remain in force. Contact us using the details above with questions or complaints.
