Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AgenticOS (AI Secretary) at ai-concierge.pro handles personal information when you visit the website or use the assistant and its connected services.
1. Who is responsible and how to contact us
The AgenticOS team operates the service at ai-concierge.pro. For support, privacy requests and account deletion, email eshastik@gmail.com.
2. Information we process
We process the name, Telegram contact and email address you submit through the website. Applications are forwarded to our team through Telegram and recorded in service logs. When you use the assistant, we process your messages, instructions, files, preferences and task history as needed to provide the features you request. Technical records may include IP addresses, request times, device information and errors.
3. Google Calendar and Gmail
Connecting Google is optional and requires your approval on Google’s authorization screen. Depending on the permissions you grant, Calendar access covers calendars and event details, including titles, descriptions, dates, participants and locations. We use this information to show your schedule and create, update or remove events at your request. Gmail access covers message content, senders, recipients, subjects, labels and attachments when needed for your request. We use it to find and summarize messages, prepare and send emails, and organize your mailbox. Actions are limited by the permissions you grant and your instructions. We store OAuth access and refresh tokens to maintain the connection. We do not receive your Google password through OAuth.
4. Tasks and to-do lists
The service supports internal task lists and, when connected, Microsoft To Do. Task data may include titles, notes, due dates and completion status. We use it to display and manage your tasks. Google Tasks is not currently a supported integration. Connecting Google Calendar or Gmail does not by itself provide access to Google Tasks.
5. AI processing and service providers
Relevant instructions and connected-service content may be processed by the AI provider configured for your assistant, such as Google Gemini or models accessed through OpenRouter. This processing is used to interpret requests, produce summaries and carry out the features you request. Hosting providers process stored data and technical records. Telegram processes messages delivered through Telegram. When you ask us to send an email or invite a participant, the intended recipients receive the information needed for that action. We limit sharing of Google data to the requested features with your consent, security needs, legal obligations, or a business transfer with your prior explicit consent.
6. Google data: Limited Use
AgenticOS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. Human access to Google data is limited to your explicit consent to view specific data, necessary security investigations, legal requirements, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations as permitted by Google’s policy.
7. Storage, retention and security
We retain account information, conversation context and task records while needed to provide the service, until you request deletion, or where retention is required by law. Connection credentials are stored encrypted in the integration settings. Website traffic uses HTTPS. Access to administrative systems is restricted. No system can guarantee absolute security. After a verified deletion request, we remove data under our control that is no longer required and explain any legally required retention. Backup copies may remain until their normal rotation; they are not used to continue providing a disconnected service. Data already sent to recipients or held by an independent service remains subject to that service’s rules.
8. Your choices, disconnection and deletion
You can disconnect an integration in the assistant’s integration settings. You can also revoke Google access at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically erase previously stored conversations or summaries. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact us using the details above and identify the account and data concerned. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
9. Cookies, children and changes
The website may store your language preference in a functional cookie. The service is not intended for children under 18. We update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or request consent when required. The update date appears at the top of this page.
